How do I get my Dna provider working on Microsoft Windows 10?
By default, Microsoft Edge and Internet Explorer are not compatible with the latest versions of the latest Microsoft security update, KB3027292.
It means that Microsoft Edge is unable to load any Dna components that it is able to load.
The solution is to download and install the latest security patch from Microsoft.
This is a straightforward process.
For more information about how to install the security update and install it, see KB3028331.
The instructions below walk you through the process of installing the latest version of the Microsoft security patch KB3028742.
